Who can register as an AirGunDealer dealer?

AirGunDealer is a B2B wholesale portal for verified dealers, retailers and distributors. Dealer registration is subject to verification and approval by Airsoft Gun India Pvt. Ltd.

How can I register as a dealer?

Click Dealer Registration and submit the required business and contact information along with the applicable verification documents.

What information is required during registration?

You may be required to provide:

  • Full name
  • Company / shop name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Business address
  • Shop address
  • GST details, where applicable
  • Applicable licence details, where applicable
  • Licence / permit copy
  • Shop photographs
  • Other business documents requested during verification
How long does dealer verification take?

The target verification response time is 12–24 hours, subject to due diligence, document verification and business hours.

Can I order immediately after registering?

No. Your application must first be reviewed and approved. Only approved dealers can access applicable dealer pricing and ordering facilities.

What payment methods are available?

Available payment options may include bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS and other payment methods made available through the portal, subject to applicable business and compliance requirements.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Applicable invoices will be provided according to the company's invoicing process. A proforma invoice may be provided where applicable.

How do I access dealer pricing?

After your account has been approved, log in to your dealer account. Applicable dealer prices will be displayed for eligible products.

Can visitors see the product catalogue?

Yes. The public website may display the product catalogue, product images, descriptions and specifications. Dealer pricing and restricted purchasing features are available only to approved dealers.

Can I check product stock availability?

Yes. Approved dealers can view the available stock information displayed for eligible products.

Can I place bulk orders?

Yes. AirGunDealer is designed for wholesale and bulk purchasing. Approved dealers can select products, manage quantities and place orders through the portal.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, where applicable. The initial business requirement includes a minimum quantity of 6 eligible pieces, subject to product-specific restrictions. The applicable minimum quantity may vary by product.

Can I see my previous orders?

Yes. Approved dealers can access their order history through their dealer account.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Applicable invoices will be provided according to the company's invoicing process. A proforma invoice may be provided where applicable.
